Payments to be processed the 26th of each month for the upcoming month’s lessons. [Except: 1st tuition payment per Semester (Aug & Jan.) is due by July 20th and December 20th + mat. fee]. Payments made after the due date will be accessed a $15 late fee. An additional $5 late fee will be added for every 3 days past due. Returned checks will require a $25.00 bank fee.

Enrolling in Lessons reserves your lesson time for the entire School Year from August through May. We understand that everyone stops taking lessons at some point. This decision should be made with thoughtful consideration and with open discussion between parent, student and teacher. This allows us a chance to fill the time slot and finish the lessons on a positive note for the student. If a student does not finish their private lessons with a 30-day written notice, there will be a one-month tuition charged to the credit card on file or family will be billed.

I understand that a 30-day written (email is fine) notice is required to discontinue lessons and payment is still required for that 30 days as outlined in the policies, both financially and in regard to attendance and student practice requirements. Your card information will be processed in the event that the student quits lessons without paying or does not give adequate notice for Discontinuing Lessons.

Tuition reserves the student a weekly time slot & benefits within the studio.Tuition remains the same each month and is based on enrollment, not attendance, reserving your child's exclusive lesson time during the year, whether he/she attends lessons or not.  There will be no rescheduled lessons when canceled by the student due to illness, vacations, weather, or forgetfulness etc. No-shows and cancellations will not be refunded. Lessons Canceled due to State Weather Closures will not be rescheduled I understand the Attendance/ Missed lesson policy. I understand the there are no makeup lessons. When a student/parent cancels a lesson they must do it before 8:00am the day of the lesson. When canceling a lesson they should do it through Teacher Zone and add notes as to how they would like to have their lessons either through Virtual Lesson or Video Lesson. When a student cancels a lesson both the teacher and owner are immediately notified through text & email.

The office will notify families and teachers of any past-due accounts. Students will be temporarily suspended until the account is settled. La-ti-Da teachers will not teach the student during this time (if there is a problem paying, please contact the office immediately and let us help). La-ti-Da will let the teacher know when student will be able to resume. Classes missed due to suspension may NOT be made up. 

Students may be dismissed from lessons or classes for any of the following reasons: Destruction or theft of property in the studio. Disrespect or uncooperative attitude toward teachers or other students. Failure to comply with studio policy. Failure to pay tuition by the due date.

I grant permission for photographs or video of my child to be used by the La-ti-Da School of Music. I release and relieve La-ti-Da School of Music from any responsibility or liability for any claims arising from the publication or reproduction of any photographs, interviews or videos in any news or other media. Media may be used for promotional purposed and grant justification.
